Requirements and skills
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in IT lead generation, specifically outside of sales and freelancing platforms.
Strong knowledge of various lead generation tools, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and prospecting techniques.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in targeting international clients (US, UK, Europe, etc.) is highly desirable.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve lead generation efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute lead generation strategies across various channels such as email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, webinars, content marketing, networking events, and partnerships.
Identify and target potential clients in relevant industries and geographies.
Research and qualify leads, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation tactics.
Track, measure, and report on lead generation activities and ROI.
Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Continuously explore new and innovative ways to generate quality leads beyond conventional platforms.
Maintain deep understanding of industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
Nurture long-term relationships with potential clients and convert them into qualified opportunities.
