Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in international markets USA, Canada, North America, and Europe
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable IT service solutions.
Lead end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution.
Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and revenue forecasts to management.
Explore new avenues for growth, including partnerships, alliances, and market expansion.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Overall 6-10 years of experience with at least 5-6 years in IT service-based business development.
Strong background in selling IT services (web, mobile, cloud, enterprise solutions, etc.).
Proven track record in international client handling, bidding platforms, lead generation, and closing deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and execute growth-driven sales strategies.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Experience in working with CRM tools, lead management systems, and sales reporting.
